I’m disappointed. I bought this hoping it would help keep things cleaner, but the mop head started smelling weird after just a few uses, even though I rinsed it out properly each time. Then it made the cupboard smell too, and come on now, that’s the last thing you want from something meant to clean your kitchen. It just didn’t feel hygienic, and I stopped wanting to use it. For the price, I really expected better

I bought these Vileda microfibre cloths thinking they’d be decent and last a while, but I feel a bit stupid for trusting them. After just a few washes they went rough and stopped picking up dust properly. They also leave little bits behind on mirrors and glass, which drives me mad. They weren’t exactly cheap either, so I expected much better. Definitely won’t be buying them again.

I was in a relaxed mood when I used it, it got my floors clean enough without much fuss. Nothing fancy, but it did what I needed it to do

I ordered a mop bucket from Vileda and it turned up with a cracked part, so I got in touch to send it back. It’s not even about the damaged item really, these things happen, it was more the back and forth afterwards that was frustrating. The response was slow and I had to send the photos twice, which just felt unnecessary. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, but it took almost 3 weeks after I’d posted it back. Not a terrible experience, just a lot more hassle than I expected for something that should’ve been simple

I ordered from Vileda and it arrived faster than I thought it would. The tracking email came through quickly, and the parcel showed up within a couple of days. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the box were a bit bashed when it got here, but luckily the item inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy enough with it and would order again...

I really wanted this to work, but the pieces just would not click in properly no matter what I tried. It felt like I was missing something, but nope, they just didn’t fit right. Make it make sense. ended up being a waste for me.

I bought this mop set it does the job really well. It’s not the cheapest one out there, but it feels sturdy and worth the money. It arrived in good condition too. I bought this thinking the cordless feature would make cleaning feel quicker and easier, but it just hasn’t worked out that way for me. To be fair, I probably have the worst timing with it because the battery always seems to die right when I’m halfway through my usual clean, and then I’m stuck waiting around for it to charge.

It’s fine if I just need to handle a small mess or do a quick once-over, but for anything more than that, it gets annoying fast. For what it cost, I expected it to be a lot more useful day to day. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I got the wrong clothes, not what I ordered at all. I was really expecting the items I picked, so it was disappointing to open the package and see something completely different.

Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was just for short-term use.

I’ve been happy with this wringer so far. It does the job well most of the time, though to be fair, it sometimes needs a little extra push to get things through properly. Not a huge deal for me, but worth mentioning so expectations are realistic.

I bought the Vileda robot vacuum hoping it would make life easier, but it was a letdown. It mostly just bumped around the room, missed obvious bits of dirt, and kept getting itself stuck under chairs. The battery didn’t last very long either, which made it even more frustrating. By the end, I felt like I was practically begging the thing to do its job, and I still had to go over the floor myself afterwards. Pointless, really.

I’ve used Vileda mops for years and usually really like their stuff, so I expected these spare pads to be just as good as the original. Unfortunately, they felt cheap from the start. I bought a Vileda mop from vileda.co.uk and I’m disappointed. The handle felt weak from the start, then after only a few uses it bent and eventually cracked while I was wringing it out. I wasn’t being rough with it at all, so I expected it to hold up much better. What made it even more frustrating was trying to sort it out and feeling like there was no real human to contact, just the usual online forms and automated bits. Not what I expected from Vileda...

I had to get in touch with Vileda about an issue with my order. They did reply, and it was all sorted in the end, but it took a few days, and I had to chase them once. Not awful service, just a bit slow, especially when you’re hoping for a quick answer.

I picked up a Vileda mop hoping it would make cleaning my tiles and laminate floors a bit easier. I had one of those afternoons where I thought I’d quickly run through the house, get the floors done, and move on with my day. On the tiles, though, it mostly just seemed to push the water around instead of actually cleaning properly. Then when I moved onto the laminate, it left streaks everywhere, so the floors looked worse than before. In the end, I had to go back over everything with my old cloth, which kind of defeated the whole point. For a home with mixed flooring, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

Box showed up nice and neat, just had a tiny dent on one corner. Not a big deal tho

It was a bit hard finding stuff. I don’t know if it was the layout, the search, or just the way everything is organized, but I felt like I was clicking around way more than I should have been. It’s not the end of the world, but come on, I just wanted to find what I needed without turning it into a whole little mission
